The staff at the hotel were extremely professional and caring, ensuring that my every need was met. The in-hotel restaurant was wonderful, offering delicious meals throughout my stay. I was also pleasantly surprised by the comfortable pillows and beds, which provided a restful night's sleep. The hotel's well-planned gym allowed me to maintain my fitness routine while traveling. Additionally, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel's location was also ideal, with plenty of options for restaurants and shopping nearby.

We stayed at this hotel in Pudong, Shanghai for 3 weeks and had a fantastic experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with the housekeeping staff ensuring everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-planned gym and a wonderful in-hotel restaurant. The staff members were extremely professional and caring, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, close to large international schools and just a short distance from the PVG International Airport.

During my recent stay at the Marriott in Shanghai, I was impressed by the great service provided. The housekeeping staff made me feel right at home, and the hospitality and generosity of the staff, especially Tina, Henry, Crystal, and the front desk and executive lounge team. The hotel itself is beautiful and conveniently located near dining options and bars. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the overall experience was close to perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure stays.

The Shanghai Marriott Hotel Pudong East offers comfortable beds, clean rooms, and working air conditioning. The Italian restaurant is excellent with a good value weekend lunch menu. The hostess in the restaurant is exceptional. The staff is professional and caring, and the location is great for restaurants and shopping. The hotel also has a well-planned gym.

Great hotel for business travelers. The rooms are modern and spacious compared to similar hotels. The executive lounge, although busy, has English-speaking staff and a decent selection of food. The location is convenient to COMAC and Zhangjiang High Technology Park. Fruit basket and wine provided as a gesture of goodwill during a recent storm. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable business stay.
